Show CONTEST JUDGES 5ELECTED LADIES AUX. TO V.F.W. WILL ANNOUNCE HIGH SCHOOL ESSAY CONTEST WINNERS AUGUST 3RD The names of three national civic leaders have been announced an-nounced as the national judges for the 1953-54 Nineteenth Annual Essay Contest for High School Students sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary to the V.F.W. They are: Chairman, Dr. Arthur A. Schuck, Chief Scout Executive, Execu-tive, The Boy Scouts of America; Mrs. Katherine G. Howard, .Deputy .Depu-ty Administrator, Administra-tor, Federal Civil Defense Admin.; and Or. Arthur A. Schvd Dr. Ha TO Id S. Chairman; Vincent, Supt. of Schools, Milwaukee, Mil-waukee, Wise. In announcing their acceptances, Mrs. Efllie H. Schill, Nafl Aux. Pres. said: "We are very proud to have these leaders in civic responsibility for youth, government and education accept this task because our contest title was 'Build Through Citizenship.'
