Show Cedar Singing Group Selects Numbers For Elsinore Concert Cedar City's male chorus, the Master Singers, is putting the finishing touches on several excellent ex-cellent numbers to be sung In a concert at Elsinore on Thursday, Mar. 21. Highlighting the program pro-gram will be the ever popular "Dry Bones" and a delicately harmonized number called "A Spirit Flower." Under the able direction of Reed Berrett, these and other numbers of the proirram will have a high degree of finish, and music patrons of Elsinore are certain to be well pleased. Mrs. Irene Hyatt is accompanist for the organization. Local patrons who attended the talent shaw sponsored by the Seminary Tuesday and Wednesday Wednes-day heard the Master Singers as one of the features of the program. pro-gram. Among the offerings were two or three of the numbers to be sung in the Elsinore concert. H. P. Dotson, president of the Master Singers, states that the only way for this organization to function properly and to obtain greater pleasure is by frequent appearances before the public, and it Is the aim of the members that they may serve all of the communities of this Southern Utah area. |
