Mr. Moffitt was born In Orangeville, April 2, 1893, a son of Wallace Robert and Vivian Sldwell Moffitt. He had lived in St. George for the past two years and prior to that time had resided re-sided In Logan. He Is survived by his widow Carlotta Gross Moffitt. two daughters, Jean Kay Moffitt and Marva Kathleen Moffitt, of St. George; one son, Max L. Moffitt. Mof-fitt. Seattle, Washington. Another son, Wallace G. Moffitt, was killed in action in 1935 in the European war theater in Germany. Germ-any. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Vivian Sldwell Moffitt, Pay-son; Pay-son; three brothers, Andrew Moffitt Mof-fitt and Bruce Moffitt, Salt Lake City; Leslie Moffitt.
