OCR Text	Show Couple Escape Injury As Car Skids on Road Two Californians, Mr. and Mrs. O. N. Holmes of San Diego, narrowly nar-rowly escaped injury Saturday afternoon when their car was badly damaged in a highway ac-ident ac-ident near Parowan. According to the Investigating officer, Mr. Holmes was driving north on Highway 91, when his car skidded out of control, swerv-ed swerv-ed across the highway and crashed into a concrete abutment. abut-ment. Mrs. Holmes was thrown from the car, but received only minor cuts and bruises, and Mr. Holmes escaped uninjured. The accident was investigated by George Manning, deputy sheriff.
