To Change! a-2335 Utah State Fish and Game Department, 500 Atlas Bldg,. Salt Lake City, Ut. proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, di-version, place and nature of use of -043 sec. ft of water right acquired ac-quired by Underground Water Claim No. 10525. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 500 ft and E. 328 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 15. T35S, R11W, and used for stock-watering and Irrigation Irri-gation of V acre of land embraced embrac-ed in NWKNWK Sec. 15, T35S, RUW. , Hereafter .045 sec. ft of water will be diverted from a 4 -In. well bet 150 and 250 ft deep at a point S. 1320 ft and E. 660 ft. from NW Cor. said Sec. 15, and used for Irrigation and the watering water-ing of stock and birds in a bird sanctuary, embraced in Sec. 15, T35S, R11W. The water will be diverted by means of a rock and earth diversion di-version dam into a canal and conveyed a distance of 600 ft where it will be used as a supplemental sup-plemental supply from Mar. 1 to Oct 31 to irrigate 37 acres of land embraced in EV&NEK Sec. 9, T38S, R12W. 20400 Harry C.
