Show NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, as Administrator Adminis-trator of the Estate of John Seaman, Sea-man, otherwise known as John W. Seaman, Deceased, proposes to sell to the highest bidder the following described real property located in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, now belonging to said Estate: AN UNDIVIDED ONE -TENTH INTESEST In and to all of the North 7 rods of Lot 4, In Block 26, Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey, commonly known as the old Seaman Sea-man home located at 141 South 2nd West Street in Cedar City, Utah. All persons interested In purchasing purchas-ing said property are. requested to submit written, sealed bids to Frank W. Seaman, Administrator, Cedar City, Utah, or to Morris & Mathe-son Mathe-son Attorneys for said Administrator, Administra-tor, at Bank of Southern Utah Building, Cedar City, Utah, on or before Saturday, the 28th day of February, 1948. Bidders are required to accompany their bids with a remittance re-mittance of at least 10 of the amount bid and bids must provide that the remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon confirmation of the sale by the Court.
