Show CHANGE DATES OF STATE JAYCEE CONVENTION Preliminary plans for what Is hoped to be the biggest and most entertaining state convention yet held in the Utah Junior Chamber of Commerce history, have been completed by the Cedar City club, according to Sheldon .Olds, club president and convention chairman. chair-man. The convention date has been changed from May 21, 22, and 23, due to the fact that the national convention has been advanced, making mak-ing It Impossible for the Utah group to Judge and display awards scrap-books, scrap-books, and get them to Philadelphia In time for national judging. The new state convention dates will be May 14, 15 and 16. 'Among the many entertainment features in store for convention vis. iters will be a get-together party to be staged on the opening night of the convention. A great deal of time is being spent on preparation for this event as an Inducement to bring the convention visitors to Cedar Ce-dar City on the opening day. An elk barbecue will be served, and the finest entertainment available will be provided. A complete breakdown of all hotel ho-tel and motel rooms available in Cedar City, together with all information infor-mation as to size and price, has been forwarded to all club presidents presi-dents and secretaries.
