Show I NOTICE TO WATER USERS I The following applications have been filed with the Stat Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Iron Ceunty, Stale of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, designat-ed, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a -2455 L. M. Jones, Cerlar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.5 sec. ft. of water under right initiated by Application No. 12158. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 1320 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T3CS, R13W and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in E4SW4 and W'iSEU Sec. 25. T36S, R13W. Hereafter 1.5 sec. ft. of water will be diverted from a 12-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1275 ft. and E. 2120 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 20, T3CS, R12W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in N'iNE'i Sec. 20 and SHSE!4 Sec. 17, T3625, R12W. a -2448 Consuelo Loya Toi-res, Toi-res, Newcastle, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2 sec. ft. of water under right initiated by Application No. 16277, as amended amend-ed by a-1976. The water was to have been diverted from a w-?ll at a point S. 2G00 ft. and E. 1350 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R15W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to Irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in NWV said Sec. 27. The water will be used for domestic and sanitation purposes in connection con-nection with a school house and two residences, and for incidental inciden-tal fire protection and irrigation of lawns and shrubbery. 21830 Herbert D. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, appli-cations, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol.
