Show LABORING MEN DINE WITH THE PRESIDENT Washington, Nov. 24. President Roosevelt entertained at luncheon today to-day representatives of the labor organizations organ-izations of Butte, Mont. The special guests were Malcolm Gillis, president of the Stationary Engineers' union: Edward Long, president of the Miners' union: M. R. Denrpsey. former presi- : dent of the Miners' union; F. M. Cro-nin, Cro-nin, president of the Hotel and Restaurant Res-taurant Helpers' union: William Robinson, Robin-son, former secretary of the Miners' union: J. W. Gilbert, president of the Workingmen's union and Frank Doyle, president of the Trades and Labor as- j sembly. Invited to meet the labor rep- j resentatives were Secretary Cortelyou of the department of commerce and labor; la-bor; Carroll D. Wright, commissioner of labor: Representative Dixon of Montana Mon-tana and Wayne McVeagh, former attorney at-torney general and one of the counsel of the Pennsylvania Coal operators. |
