Show Garfield EMTs Answer Five Calls This Week Garfield County Emergency Medical Technicians responded to five calls for assistance during the past week according to EMT Operations Officer Bob McCullough On Wednesday, Feb. 26, Frank Daly was transported from his home to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Jack Soper, Sheldon Jackson, and Bob Smith. On Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. Bessie Talbot was transported to Life Flight by EMTs Sheldon Jackson, Betty Frandsen and the Life Flight crew. On Monday, Mar. 3 at 6 p.m, Gary Allgood, Mesa, Ariz, was transported tran-sported form a one car rollover near Todd's Junction to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Kim Soper, Jean Julander, Bob Smith and Sheldon Jackson. First to respond to the scene was the Hatch ambulance with EMT s Dorothy Barney and Jeanette Young, who worked on the stabilization of the victim until the Panguitch unit arrived to transport. At 9:40 p.m. the rollover victim was transported to the Life Flight plane at Pangutich airport by EMTs Bob Smith, Bob McCullough and the Life Flight crew. , On Tuesday, Mar. 4, Leo Laller, Ventura,, Iowa was transported to Garfield Memorial Hospital in the mountain unit from Bryce Canyon National Park by EMT s Karleen Muir, Alfred Foster and BCNP EMT Ken Kerr. |
