Show Seniors Attend Nutrition Seminar in Provo Several senior citizen representatives represen-tatives attended a two-day seminar on nutrition held at the Excelsior Hotel in Provo Feb. 25 and 26. Deon Alvey, Garfield County senior citizen coordinator, directors Fay Alvey, Escalante and Faye Worthen, Pangbuitch; nutrition staff members Hilda Roundy and Dolly Henrie and president of the Garfield County Board, Leah Griffin traveled together to the seminar for two days of lectures on stimulating new ideas pertaining to good nutrition for seniors. Lectures also included information in-formation on planning for the future under the impact of budget cuts, promoting better health through proper nutrition, food sanitation and safety and meal service.
