We are anticipating that there will be made available to the Five-County Five-County Southwestern District approximately ap-proximately $67,000 in community block grant monies for the period of October 1. 1988 through September 30, 1989. These funds are designed to assist low income residents and are to be used to impact the causes of poverty in the local area. I BUREAU OF WATER POLLUTION CONTROL UTAH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PUBLIC NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF UPDES PERMIT PURPOSE OF PUBLIC NOTICE The purpose of this notice is to declare Ihe State of Utah's intention to issue a Utah Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) discharge dis-charge permit under authority of the Utah Water Pollution Control Act, Section 26-11-6(9) and 8(2), Utah Code annotated 1953, as amended. Only three cells are regularly used; the fourth is being used for winter storage. With no industrial contribution contri-bution or significant infiltration, there appears to be sufficient capacity for the facility to operate as a total containment system for the life of the permit (5years). PUBLIC COMMENTS Public comments are invited any time prior to July 30, 1988.
