Show PUBLIC NOTICE Panguitch City's regularly scheduled City Council Meeting will be changed from Tuesday, July 3, 1984 to Monday July 2, 1984. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. and held at the Panguitch Courthouse at 55 South Main. Published in the Garfield County News, June 28, 1984. LEGAL The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse, Panguitch, Utah on Thursday, July 19, 1984, at the hour of 11:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Howard E. Neilsen and Janet B. Nielsen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in favor of Heritage Savings and Loan Association, Trustee, and Federal National Mortgage Association, by assignment, Beneficiary, covering real property located at 255 West First South in Tropic, Garfield County, Utah, and more particularly described as: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot Three (3), Block Seventeen (17), Tropic Town Survey, thence West 100 feet; thence North 90 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South 90 feet to the place of beginning.
