The first grade students at Burton Elementary in Kaysville were each given a paper plate, some pipe cleaners and crepe paper. They added ornaments brought from home to come up with most original Easter bonnets. Alema Leota topped his hat with sponge flowers, bunnies and eggs. Becky Hogan (center) created a basket shaped like a bunny that just fit her head. Karla Maynor added flowers and a pink ruffle to her paper plate hat.
