Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 24th day of January, 1991, at 10:30 a.m., at the North Nor-th front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by FLEET MORTGAGE CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by KENNETH ROBERT VANDEUSEN and MARIE K. VANDEUSEN, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded October 3, 1986 as Entry No. 754856, in Book 1115, at Page 390, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of AMERICA FIRST CREDIT UNION, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 17, 1990, as Entry No. 902536, in Book 1371, at Page 491, of said official records.
