Show Growth planned in Brigham BRIGHAM Mayor Clark Davis has used his tie-breaker vote for the first time, during a City Council meeting to favor re zoning a southwestern part of the city for multiple family units. "I have some reservations and am not in favor of the development," de-velopment," Davis said as he cast the deciding vote during a Dec. 13 council meeting. "But I appoint members to the planning commission, commis-sion, and feel I should support their recommendations The issue came up for a vote after Councilman Doug Wright, who represents the council on the Brigham City Planning Commission, announced that the issue had been reviewed twice and re zoning was recommended a second time. |
