WHEREAS, multiple dwellings need to be removed from the general commercial com-mercial district and provided for in a separate district, and WHEREAS, a professional business district with less impact than commercial commer-cial districts are needed, and WHEREAS, technical corrections of provisions of the commercial districts are needed: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF KAYSVILLE CITY, UTAH: 1.
