Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE w NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of January, 1991 , at the hour of 9:15 ajn., at the north door of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, the undersigned, Edward M. Garrett, as Successor Trustee, acting pursuant to the power of sale conferred in that Trust Deed executed by BCDM Associates, a Utah limited partnership, as Trustor, and recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder on August 24, 1987, as Entry No.799037, in Book 1189, page 647, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder the interest conveyed to the Trustee by said Trust Deed in and to the property therein mentioned and described, located at 75 East 500 South, Bountiful, Utah, and being more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: BEGINNING on the North line of a street 125.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot , 4, Block 4, Plat "A", Bountiful Boun-tiful Townsite Survey, in the City of Bountiful, and running thence West 60.0 feet along the North line of said street; thence North 157.0 feet to a point South 121.87 feet from the North line of said Block 4; thence South 89 degrees 48' East 55.01 feet to a fence; thence South 2 degrees 1 120" East 138.92 feet alone said fence; thence South 17.99 feet to the point of beginning. The purchase price is payable at the time and place of sale in lawful money of the United States. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances, for the purpose of paying the obligation secured by such Trust Deed, including fees, charges and expenses of the Successor Trustee, sums, if any, expended under the terms thereof, including attorney fees, and interest thereon.
