Show Our Readers Write the Clipper chose to listen to and print only Brunsdale propaganda. Only on rare occasions did the Clipper ever contact us on any issue. Your readers deserve better and more balance! treatment of the issues than that. Peter H. Jenks Campaign Manager for Congressman Jim Hansen Great success Editor: The Sponsors for Santa Program in Davis County was a great success in 1990 by helping over 300 families. The community's response to the need of these families was overwhelming. There were many employers and community com-munity organizations that generously generous-ly donated clothes, toys, food and money. West Bountiful by 15 percent and Woods Cross by 10 percent On the other hand, Brunsdale lost even his own Bountiful voting district, and his victory in North Salt Lake was a mere 67 votes. By the way, Reva Wads worth received about seven percent of the vote in North Salt Lake and about four percent per-cent district-wide, almost certainly taking support away from Jim Hansen. Haraldsen's editorial seemed to display the Clipper's skewed viewpoint view-point it projected throughout the 1990 campaign. It looked to many observers, including myself, that |
