Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 8th day of January, 1991, at 10:30 a.m., at the North Nor-th front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by FLEET MORTGAGE CORP., as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by M. LYNN FULLMER, as Trustor, recorded September 25, 1986 as Entry No. 753597, in Book 1113, at Page 793, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of VESTCOR MORTGAGE SERVICES, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August 20, 1990, as Entry No. 899921, in Book 1366, at Page 1044, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: BEGINNING at a point 1702 feet North of the Southeast comer of Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of West Point, running thence West 168 feet; thence South 85 feet; thence East 168 feet; thence North 85 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Cole for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
