Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to tide, ti-de, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 11th day of January, 1991, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 78, COUNTRY VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Commonly known as 684 North 1250 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated August 29, 1986, and was executed by JEFFERY G. TILLY and KLATHRYN A. TILLY, husband and wife, as Trustors, and in favor of CITY SAVINGS, F.S.B. formerly known as CITY SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B. , the present Beneficiary. The present owner is reported to be SHARON J. SHRUM.
