Show purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Donald D. Hamm and Sheri Renae Hamm, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded January 6, 1988 as Entry No. 0812847, in Book 1213, at Page 216, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 1053 North 1 100 West, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, in Davis County, State of Utah 84025, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 353, OAKRIDGE COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES PLAT III, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Notice of Default was recorded August 2, 1990 as Entry No. 898181, in Book 1363, at Page 984, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidxler, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of ?aying obligations secured by said rust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
