Show Water woes in Bluebell BLUEBELL It's a spigot nightmare in the home of Craig and Bonnie Tew, a Uintah County couple who have water in the tap but not a drop to drink. , The Tews have lived in Bluebell for several years and they had good well water until September 1989, when a workover ng set up on a neighboring well. Soon their culinary water went from tasting funny to undrinkable. . Although state authorities agree the water has been chemically altered by one of the nearby oil wells, officials insist they cannot prove which well ruined the Tews water. The couple is waiting for a new water system to be installed in their community of Bluebell, but during the past year the toll has been heavy. The bad water ruined their dishwasher and ate through their water heater. . , , . .
