Show Miss Cheryl Carter to marry Alan B. Taylor in temple rites Announcement of the forthcoming marriage of Miss Cheryl Kaye Carter to Alan B. Taylor, both of this city, is made this week. The prospective bride is a daughter of Margrct and the late Kenneth L. Carter, and the prospective pros-pective groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Burt Taylor. Marriage vows will be solemnized June 27 in the Salt Lake Temple with Selvoy J. Boycr officiating. The couple will be honored at a reception that evening in the Spring- I ill Miss Cheryl Carter ville Art Museum. They will make their home in Springville. Spring-ville. Miss Carter is a graduate of Springville High School where she was a member of the Novelty Circle and a cap-pella cap-pella Choir. She attended Brigham Young University for one year and is now completing a business course at LDS Business College. She will also graduate from Career Culture Cul-ture Center in fashion merchandising and modeling. She is presently employed in Salt Lake City. Mr. Taylor graduated from Springville High School and LDS Seminary. He was a member of the a cappella choir and was active in student affairs. He served a mission mis-sion to Great Britain. A senior at Brigham Young University majoring in advertising and communications, he is also employed em-ployed in the advertising department of the Springville Herald. Her-ald. He is a member of the Utah National Guard. |
