Show i ; i . i t f " j Clubwoman wins office in Utah Federation Mrs. Wendell Winger of this city was elected first vice president of the Utah Federation Federa-tion of Womens Clubs at the convention in Salt Lake City the past weekend. Mrs. Earl J. Hazelton, Orland, Calif., leadership leader-ship development chairman of the UFWC, officiated at the installation. in-stallation. Mrs. Winger, a member of the Companions Club of Springville, has served the UFWC as second and third vice president and membership chairman; also editor of the Utah Federation News. She served as state director of Junior Ju-nior Clubs. With other newly-elected officers of-ficers and members of the Utah Federation, Mrs. Winger Win-ger plans to attend the Dia-m Dia-m o n d Jubilee International Convention in Chicago, 111., in June, when the 75th anniversary anniver-sary of the organization of federated clubs will be celebrated.
