Show UTTI schedules summer classes Summer school for high school students will be held at Utah Trade Techical Institute at Provo beginning June 13 and ending July 22. Any high chool student presently pres-ently enrolled as a 10th, 11th, or 12th grade student may enroll en-roll for the six-week session of summer school. Enrollment is taken care of through the local lo-cal school districs. All school districts in Utah accept Trade Tech credits. Many summer clases will provide pro-vide credit toward high school graduation. Local school districts dis-tricts will provide bus transportation transpor-tation to and from school if the student lives in the Central Utah area. High school students desiring to take classes during the summer sum-mer may apply with their high school counselors or principals. There is no tuition fee. There will be a $10 breakage deposit which is refundable. An insurance in-surance fee of $1 will be charged also. Students will attend class only six hours a day. Classes will be taught in the following areas if sufficient students are enrolled: auto body and paintig, auto mechanics, mechan-ics, Diesel and heavy duty mechanics, me-chanics, drafting and design, electronics, electrical and automation, auto-mation, carpentry and cabiiet making, gunsmithing, busiiness and ecretarial sciece, commercial commer-cial art, pre-nuriing, industrial science service station opera- ' tor, machine shop, small gasoline gaso-line engines, refrigeration and air conditioing, welding, interior inter-ior decorating, commercial photography. |
