Show Talents combine for big night at Music Hail A night to remember it will surely be as Nelson Eddy and Gale Sherwood, Guy Lombardo and his Royal Canadians, along with Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd perform at Valley Music Hall June 1, 2, 3, 4. There will be a matinee prformance Saturday Satur-day June 4 at 2:15 p.m. It has been said that "A Night to Remember" as the show has been called, is a combination com-bination of talents that are certainly known as 'legends in their own time." Nelson Eddy, baritone, and his partner Gale Sherwood have become "household names," via their popular nightspot appearances. They have appeared in virtually every ev-ery major nightclub in the United States and capped it all off with appearances on many of the top TV variety shows. Guy Lombardo and his Royal Roy-al Canadians are regarded as so fantastic that one critic remarked re-marked that he could fill theatres the-atres and sell millions of records rec-ords even if he were to use an orchestra containing only two fiddles and two pianos. Edgar Bergen surely one of the most famous ventriloquists in the world, will bring his complete and highly diversified act to the round stage of Val-yle Val-yle Music Hall. Accompanying Mr. Bergen will be his wife Frances Bergen, who is also in his act.
