Show Senior "Students of the Week' Richard Whiting Judy Childs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Myron D. Childs and Richard Whiting, son- of Harold Har-old Whiting, and Joyce Lee Whiting, are selected as the students of the week. Both have maintained a high point average in their school studies. Richard has made an outstanding out-standing record in sports having hav-ing played football, participated participat-ed in track and wrestled. He has served the past year as secretary of the Physics Club. A graduate of the LDS Seminary, Sem-inary, he holds the position of priest in his ward. He has also al-so been given the Duty to God Award. Included in his plans for the future are enrollment at BYU and filling an LDS Mission. Judy has won a number of special honors in addition to maintaining good grades. She is senior class treasurer and has won an achievement award in social studies. She was a member of the U. N. Club. She is president of the MIA class of her ward and has graduated from LDS Seminary. Semi-nary. She is planning to work in Yellowstone Park for the summer and has a scholarship to USU, Logan, where she plans to enroll in education and major in elementary education. i Judy Childs |
