Show Indian Summer good for fishing Indian Summer days now common to Utah's fall season annually provide some of the year's best fishing. Generally cool weather, good water conditions, and other factors combine to make fishing fish-ing more active and accessible to the angler. Good Brown trout fishing is now the rule on most of the lower elevation streams, with reported good catches of trout, mostly Rainbow, now being taken ta-ken from many of the well known still waters. Utah's general trout season continues through November 30, with many waters open to all year angling. Dieticians consider apples a good snack fruit. Of all fruits, apples contain the greatest amount of pectin, which combines com-bines with water to form non-irritating non-irritating bulk. Sugars are easily digested, quickly assimilated, assimi-lated, and the bulky pulp gives one a filled-up feeling, with a low-calorie count. A raw medium-sized apple, about 5 ounces, oun-ces, is 75 calories, as is a half-cup half-cup of unsweeened apple sauce. For weight-watchers, a fresh apple is the perfect snack: low in calories, yet satisfying hunger. |
