Show Engineer to change and appropriate water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SBL&M. a-12090 ( 71-3295) Malin F. & Marilyn Gardner, Box 18a, Newcastle, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 50.0 ac. ft of water as evidenced by Appl. 17133, Ch. Appl. a-8474. a-8474. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 85 ft. E. 430 ft from W4 Cor. Sec. 16, T36S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 12.5 acs. in NWUNW Sec. 15; S'2NEV4 Sec. 16, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 50.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from any, each or all of three, 16-inch wells, 200-800 200-800 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) N. 1320 ft. E. 490 ft. fromSV4 Cor.; 2) N. 1000 ft. W. 1340 ft. from SE Cor.; 3: N. 1000 ft. Gibson, 1381 E. Midvalley Rd., Cedar City, UT proposes to correct the point of diversion of 10.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Ch. Appl. a-8561. The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 155 ft. W. 190 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, RllW; and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families; and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 2.135 acs. in SEV4SEV4 Sec. 21, T35S, RllW. Hereafter, 10.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 6-inch well, 300 ft. deep, at a point N. 270 ft. W. 67 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, RllW (near Enoch) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family; and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 2.8 acs., but limited to NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following I applications have been filed with the State the sole supply of 2.3875 acs. in same as heretofore. 57200 (19-329) Dee Burgess, Clifford Phillips & David Schmutz, care of David Schmutz, 811 N. 1700 E., Middleton, UT 0.045 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from an existing mine tunnel, at a point S. 250 ft W. 1150 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T31S, R20W (Hamblin Valley); and used for sanitation purposes and mining purposes in the Stateline Mining District, at the East Summit mine where gold and silver will be mined in NNWV Sec. i4,"SM!SEV4 Sec. 11, T31S, R20W. 57225 (71-3614) Dallen R. Williams & Sons, 521 S. Rose Hill Rd., Cedar City, UT 2.5 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 20-inch well, 7745 ft deep, at a point N. 432 ft. E. 1646 ft. from SW Cor; Sec. 18, T34S, R16W (SW of Beryl Townsite); and used for power purposes of 5 mw, synthetic fuels and heating purposes in SWVi Sec. 18, T34S, R16W. The water will be returned by means of an injection well, at point N. 430 ft. E. 1545 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18, T34S, R16W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, UT 84116, on or before March 20, 1982.
