Show Hinton Richards. He married Grace Macdonald on March 28, 1912, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died August 14, 1953. He married Blanche Houchen Feb. 10, 1959, and she died Sept. 7, 1980. Arthur retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after working for them 52 years. He was an active member of the LDS Church, serving as a high priest in the Cedar Second Ward. He had been a teacher, stake MIA president, bishop's counselor, high councilman and of-ficiator of-ficiator in the St. George Temple from 1960 to 1967.) He had been a city! councilman, - school trustee and chairman of the scout council. He is , survived by four daughters and a son: Mrs. Forrest (Lois) Hauck fo Renton, Wash., Mrs. Edward (Beth) Rich of Provo, Utah, Mrs. Grace Norman of Calfwell, Idaho, Winston Richards of LaJolla, Calif., and Mrs. Earl (Norma ) Spencer of Moraga, Calif. Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gayle (Audrey) Duncan of cedar city; 17 grandchildren: grand-children: 51 ereat- grandchildren; two brothers; a sister: I.L. Richards and Alton f. Richards, both of Ogden, and Mrs.' Arnold (Regina) Slater of Slaterville, Utah. Funeral services will be today at 11 a.m. in the Cedar Second LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Spilsbury and Graff Mortuary from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Mountain View Cenetery in Pocatello , Idaho, Friday at 1 p.m. Arthur Richards ARTHUR SYLVESTER RICHARDS, 93, died April 26, 1981, at the home of his stepdaughter step-daughter in Cedar City.
