NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Rule 69 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, on 18 July, 1980, at 10:00 a.m. on the steps of the Iron County Courthouse, the right, title and interest of Murlan D. Carter in the real property described in the Exhibit A will be sold at auction to the highest bidder. The real property to be sold here by will be subject to the owners' right's of redemption redemp-tion as per the aforesaid Rule 69. EXHIBIT A The interest of Murlan D. Carter in the following parcels of real property situated in Iron County, Utah: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point South 89 deg. 21'40" West 1198.29 feet along the Section line and South 0 deg. 1547" West 167.81 feet along the East right of way line of Utah Highway 130, from the Southeast corner of Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 0 deg. 15'47" West 112.0 feet; thence South 89 deg. 44'13" East 435.6 feet; then North 0 deg. 15'47" East 112.0 feet; thence North 89 deg. 44'13" West 435.6 feet to the point of beginning. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER with a Right of Way 33.0 feet in width the center of which is described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said above described tract and running thence North 89 deg. 44'13" West 435.6 feet.
