Show New Harmony Our ward had a special evening Thursday with a excursion to the St. George LDS .Temple. Following the session a luncheon was served at the City Park. It was special because two of our young men, Jeff and Jay Fenn, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Fenn, received their endowments in preparation for their missions. Jay leaves for the missionhome July 17 and will labor in the Independence, In-dependence, Mo. Mission. Jeff is waiting his call. Congratulations to these two young men. Corry Beatty, son of Paul and Dorothy Beatty has also received his call and will enter the mission home in August. He will labor in the Minneapolis, Minn. Mission. Congratulations Corry. At the present time we have Elders Elwin F. Prince and Gary D. Prince serving missions in Houston, Texas and Elder Joey Comp, now in the mission home, we are proud of these six Elders along with the other young people of the ward. Mr. and Mrs. Vivian F. Prince are happy to report that their son Elwin F. Prince who has been laboring in the Batton Rouge, La. Mission was released June 22 and was transfered to the Houston, Tex. Mission to labor with his brother, Gary D. Prince. They will be released July ""' 14. Mr. and Mrs. Prince are planning on picking up their sons and visiting parts of both missions. They will also visit their daughter, Capt. and Mrs. Robert E. (Deanna) Groke at Vance AFB, Enid, Okla. |
