Show ENCHILADA SKILLET Dinner 2V2 lbs. to 3 lb. hamburger 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp chili powder 2V2 (7 to 8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 2'2 cans water 1 lb grated Longhorn chesse 8-10 large flour tortillas cut into 2 inch pieces. Brown hamburger and onion. Add chili powder, tomato sauce, and water. Add cheese and let start to melt. Finally add tortillas and let simmer 10 minutes. Serve with tossed green salad. Delicious!
