Show 'Record' changes hands Announcement was made today that ownership and management of the Iron County Record has changed hands. Assuming the position of Publisher will be Mike Stansfield, who has formerly been associated with the American Fork Citizen. In making the announcement the Rollo family indicated that with the sale of the newspaper the combined operation of Rollo Publishing Company Com-pany as publishers of the 'Record,' and the commerical printing division will be seperated. The Rollo family will continue to operate as a commerical printing , establishing under the name of Rollo Publishing Company. "It is with a great deal of emotion that we leave the newspaper field, but in so doing we want to express our thanks for the continued support and faithfulness that has been shown to us by our many subscribers. We believe that the new publishers will bring to the community a wealth of knowlegde and technology that will result in an expanding operation in the community com-munity media in southern Utah. "We thank all of you for your many years of support." Offices for both Iron County Record and Rollo Publishing will be maintained main-tained at the present location, 90 West Hoover Avenue. |
