With your cooperation, the Memorial Day Operation C.A.R.E. (Combined Accident Reduction Effort) was a success. The Utah Highway Patrol will be doing its part and once again asks for your continued effort in making the upcoming Fourth of July a safe holiday also. Through Operation C.A.R.E. cooperating states are unified in a comprehensive enforcement effort in high accident areas. Remember -following too closely, drinking and driving, as well as speed, all contribute con-tribute to accidents."
