South Ward Scouts List Program Completed In April The following report comes from the South ward Scouts who have Stephen Kirtland as Scoutmaster and are making real progress. In our weekly meeting of April 13, Troop 401 presented Gene Coffin, Karl Carpenter, J. C. Goodwin and Kumon Stringham with their registration certificates, and Carl L. Moss, C.P.T. instructor, in-structor, gave us drill practice. On April 20, George Larson and Billy Miles received their registration registra-tion certificates; Feurmin Sullivan and Fred Cannon, their Second Class awards; and Wayne Covington Cov-ington his First Class award.
