The committee is out on an educational edu-cational compaign to acquaint people with the rulings in the matter. mat-ter. It is their intention to contact con-tact those who should secure permits. per-mits. As previously published, those people who butcher animals to sell should have a permit, whether it is their own homegrown home-grown stock or animals they have purchased for the purpose of slaughtering and selling. The dealer who buys and sells livestock live-stock must also have a permit. The county is now organized so that there is a person in most every community of the county who has application blanks on hand. The party needing the permit per-mit is requested to call upon this representative and secure four forms which he fills out and signs and sends direct to the central committee of the meat rationing committee, who meet at frequent intervals to go over these applications appli-cations and grant permits if everything is in order. |
