Show HURRICANE Mrs. Vernet ninton Reporter Miss Elotha Johnson spent the week end home from Boulder City with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Johnson. Mr and Mrs. Andrew Isom visited vis-ited in Hurricane last week with their parents and with other relatives rela-tives and friends. Mrs. Nettie Spendlove returned last Wednesday from Las Vegas where she has been visiting. Hyrum Burke of Rupert, Ida.,' has been here visiting with his sister, Mrs. Alma Wright. Edward Humphries of Hinckley visited friends and relatives in Hurricane last week. Mrs. Justin Covington left Monday Mon-day for Orderville to visit her parents. Newell Frazier returned Monday Mon-day from Marysvale, where he has been for a load of potatoes. Mrs. Arnold Cannon and infant in-fant son are home from the McGregor Mc-Gregor hospital in St. George. The baby's father is in England. Relatives in Hurricane have been advised of the birth of a son to Mr. and Mrs. Carlon Hin-ton Hin-ton in Peoria, Ariz., Feb. 13. Mrs. D. W. Lemmon and daughter, daugh-ter, Alice, of St. George spent Saturday and Sunday in Hurricane Hurri-cane visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Lemmon. Allen Stout made a business trip to Orderville Monday. Seaman Arthur Crosby, who is home on leave from U. S. Navy training visited in Hurricane with Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Larson. Mrs. Wilma Syphus and daughter, daugh-ter, Ann, left Wednesday for San Jose to visit relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Lemmon Lem-mon attended a party in St. George, Feb. 15, honoring their mother, Mrs. D. W. Lemmon on her birthday anniversary. |
