Show B.-P.W. Holds Annual Public Affairs Dinner The St. George B.-P.W. held their annual Public Affairs dinner in the recreation room of the Mc-Quarrie Mc-Quarrie Memorial hall, Wednesday Wednes-day evening, Feb. 23rd, with an even hundred members and guests attending. Miss Mona Woodbury, president presi-dent of the organization presided, and turned the program of the evening over to Mrs. Roy Williams, Wil-liams, Public Affairs chairman. Miss Linda Larson was toast-mistress, toast-mistress, and Mrs. Mae A. Pace was in charge of the music, which included two numbers by the string ensemble and three numbers by the Dixie Male Quartet. Mrs. K. M. Cannon was speaker of the evening, her subject sub-ject being, "Living On the Home Front". |
