Show AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ORDINANCE SALARIES OF COUNTY OFFICERS OFFI-CERS AND SPECIFYING WHICH OFFICERS SHALL DEVOTE DE-VOTE FULL TIME IN PERFORMANCE PERFOR-MANCE OF THEIR DUTIES. The Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of the County of Washington, Washing-ton, State of Utah, ordains as follows : SECTION 1: The annual salaries sal-aries to be paid elective County Officers of Washington County, beginning on the first Monday in January, 1939, and continuing for the term for which said officers are elected and have qualified and until changed by ordinance are hereby fixed and determined as follows: Commissioners, each ..$ 360.00 Sheriff 1250.00 Assessor 1000.00 Clerk 1250.00 Recorder 900.00 . Treasurer 1000.00 Attorney 800.00 Surveyor 250.00 SECTION 2: All elective officers offi-cers above enumerated, except the commissioners, the attorney, and the surveyor shall devote their full time to the duties of their respective respec-tive offices. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect at noon on January Jan-uary 2, 1939. Passed by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Washington, State of Utah, the 13th day of July, 1938.
