Show Washington Mrs. Caddie Xielson i Reporter I Mrs. Minnie Vincent entertain-j entertain-j ed the Justamere club at her home j last Wednesday p.m. Rook was the j concession with Mrs. Rokah Tan-j Tan-j ner and Mrs. Carma Staheli winning win-ning high scores. Mrs. Sylvia Jolley and Miss Velva Staheli joined in honoring their mother, Mrs. Frank Staheli at a birthday party last Thursday evening, this being her 60 birthday anniversary. Miss Beth Stephens who has been employed by the Jos J. Milne Truck Line as stenographer for the past several months is home for a month's vacation with her mother, Mrs. Lydia Stephens. Miss Phyllis Nisson spent last Sunday on the Cedar mountains. Jay Neilson returned last week from Salt Lake City where he has been the past three months. Miss Ida Jolley left Wednesday for Milford where she is employed as instructor in the Kindergarten. She has been visiting for several days with her mother. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Frei of Santa Clara were visiting Sunday wit hMrs. Frei's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Nisson. Mrs. Lillian Williams of Kanarra was visiting in Washington with relatives last week. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Dewey and Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Vincent motored motor-ed to Oak Grove with their families to spend Sunday. Andrew Stephens left this week for an extended stav at Boulder City. |
