Show Pine Yalley Mrs. E. S. Beckstrom Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Sides of Moreno, Calif., returned to their home on Monday after s)ondinf; a few days visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Beckstrom. Mrs. Sarah Jacobson returned to her home here on Sunday after spending several days in St. Geoi'Ke receiving medical aid. T. N. Haldwin left Monday for the coast on business after visiting visit-ing the past two weeks hero with his family, who are here for the summer. President and Mrs. William R. Palmer of the Pa rowan stake and sons, Eugene. Richard and Rodney and daughter, Alice, were visitors here on Sunday at the home of Mrs. Elia belli Heckst mm. Clinton Snow spent Sunday with his family, who are living here this summer. Mrs. Rodney Snow and daughters, daugh-ters, Rowena May and Dorothy and son, Rodney J. left for their home in Santa Monica on Sunday after staying a week at the homo of Mrs. Effio Snow. A party of young people made up of Misses Roma Snow ;nd Adelia Hall, IVan Canlner. Hogarth Ho-garth and Hugh Jacobson and Malin Cox are vacationing in Grand Canyon this week. Misses Edna Rae Gardner and Cherril Snow entertained all the young people in town at a melon "bust" on Sunday night at the home of Miss Gardner. Mrs. Lee I'.eekstrom and niece. Miss Maurino Gardner, spent Tuesday Tues-day in Cedar City. Our Sunday school has recently been ororganiod with Rex Gardner, Gard-ner, superintendent; Olaf Jacob-son, Jacob-son, first assistant; Vere Hrek-strom. Hrek-strom. second assistant and Edna Rao Gardner, secretary. Marion Corry or Cedar City was a business visitor here on Monday. Mr. and Mi-s. Rex Gardner spent Tuesday in St. George on business. Mrs. Louis Clayton of Santa Clara is staying at the home of Mrs. Sarah Jacobson assisting her while the latter is in poor health. Mr. and Mrs. Uruee Snow spent Saturday In SI. George with tvla-lives, tvla-lives, their niece, Miss Mishie llenlley, who has Im-imi with Ihein for the past week, returned to her home with them. Mrs. Eula Jacobson and family spent Monday In SI. George with Mr. and Mis. Henry Jacobson. |
