Show Credit Women met Wednesday The Vernal Credit Women held its regular meeting Wednesday, May 19 at the 7-11 Cafe, under the direction of Carmen Workman, president. Keynote speaker was Dr. Robert Vincent, psychologist. Dr. Vincent spoke to the group about getting along with others in your place of employment. He noted that in order to do this you have to understand the individual you work with, and they have to understand you. Assertive skills help from building up resentment. Use the "I" message if a misunderstanding occurs. If criticism is true, accept it, if it is not, go to the next person or persons and clear it up. The purpose of any talking is. understanding, said Dr. Vincent. Ann Merkley was a guest from Basin Loans.
