The story that follows is a "real" mudslinger. Uintah High School students competed com-peted in the annual Mud Bowl during Uintah's homecoming, Friday. The junior and senior girls ended in a muddy 7-7 tie". Johnna Wiseman plowed through the mud for a junior touchdown and Darian Abegglen splashed through the brown gooey stuff for a senior - touchdown. The senior and junior boys scored a safety and a touchdown to tie at 9-9 in the slippery encounter of the goo kind. The drill team defeated the flag twirlers and cheerleaders, 6 to 3, in a muddy pillow fight, which consisted of two girls on a1 post or log and the object of the game was to hit the opponent with a pillow and knock her into the mud.
