In Grand District, this has amounted to over S100 thousand per year. School Board President Presi-dent Sam Taylor stated that the special election has been set for Tuesday. Tues-day. April 3. In attendance at the meeting were Jack Olson, Ol-son, executive director of the Utah Taxpayers Association of Salt Lake City, and Don Gilliam, tax consultant for El Paso Natural Gas Co., El Paso, Texas.
