Show GCHS Drama Dept. g presents "Hello Dolly" By Margie Snyder The famous two-act musical "Hello Dolly," will be presented by the Grand County High School Drama Department May 17 and 18. "Hello Dolly" is taken from the Thornton Wilder play, "The Matchmalcer." It is about a New York widow who is out to snare a rich merchant, and the wild antics that ensue. The role of Dolly Levi, originated by Carol Chan-ning Chan-ning on Boardway, will be played by Marjorie Snyder. Sny-der. Playing opposite Dolly is Horace Vander-gelder Vander-gelder portrayed by Jimmy Black. Cornelias Hackle and Baraaby Tucker, Tuck-er, Vandergelder's helpers, help-ers, will be played by David Guymon and Mike Zohner. Irene Molloy and Minnie Fay will be portrayed por-trayed by Carol Crossland and Allison McLeod. Le-ann Le-ann Edwards and Harlan Hawks will play the young lovers, Ambrose Kemper and Ermengard. Julie Johnson wJl play Ernest. ina Money, a hootchy. l-kootchy l-kootchy girl. The minor roles of Rudolf and Mrs ' '' Rose will be played h Ron Wells and Maureen Lawley.
