Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate ap-propriate water in Grand County State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations are SLB&M, unless , otherwise designated . a-5430, Sid Pace, 1310 Houston Hous-ton Ave., Grand Junction, Colorado, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 10.0 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by App. No. 29344 (05-216) as amended by Ch. App. No. a-3865. The Voter Vo-ter has been diverted from Taylor Cr. at a point S. 73-36'5" 73-36'5" E. 6328.3 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 22, T26S, R25E, and from Little Taylor Creek at a point S. 1800' W. 1000 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 11, T26S. R25E, and used from Apr. 15 to July 15 for irrigation of 640 acs. in parts of W Sec 28, parts of Sees. 29, 30, 31,' all in T25S R26E. Hereafter 10.0 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from Taylor Creek at the point heretofore described and from Little Taylor Creek at a point S. 22o25' W. 1612 ft. from WH Cor. Sec. 11, T26S, R25E, and used from Apr. 15 to July 15 for irrigation of 336.2 acs. of land in parts of Sees. 28, 29, 31 and 32, T25S, R26E. a-5431, Sid Pace and Lyman L. Hubbard, co Lyman L. Hubbard, P. O. Box 126. Gateway, Colorado, propose to change the place of use of 20.0 sec.-ft. of water evidenced evi-denced by App. No. 31155 (05-285). (05-285). Hereafter, 10.0 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from Taylor Creek at the point heretofore described and from Little Taylor Creek at a point S. 2225' W. 1612 ft. from WU Cor. Sec. 11, T26S, R25E. and used from Apr. 15 to July 15 for irrigation of 120.9 acs. in parts of SEU Sec. 19, SWU Sec. 20. both of T25S, R2GE, and SWU Sec. 11, T50N, R20W, NMPM, SWU Sec. 15, SEU Sec. 16, NWU Sec. 22, T51N, R19W, NMPM. 38598 (01-79) Texas Gulf Sulphur Company, Box 248, Moab, Utah. 1.0 sec.-ft. of water from an 8-in. well 759 ft. deep at a point N. 950 ft. and W. 980 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 12, T25S, R20E. and used in the Shinarump Mining District Dis-trict for solution mining, mining, min-ing, milling of potash and other related uses incidental to the mining and milling processes. Sec. 10, T24S, R23E, to be used for domestic domes-tic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 200 cat-tie cat-tie and 5 horses. All uses in SV2SWU Sec. 10, NNWU Sec. 15, all in T24S, R23E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed fil-ed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114 on or before April 20, 1968.
