Show Services Held for School Boord Jilember Grand county School Board member, Chester L. Bros-trom, Bros-trom, representing the Thompson Thomp-son Precinct, died Thursday night in a Fruita, Colorado hospital, following an extended extend-ed illness which hospitalized him 2 weeks before his death. Mr. Brostrom, 55, was station sta-tion agent for the Denver & Rio Grande railroad, Thompson Thomp-son for many years. He was appointed to the Grand District Dis-trict Board of Education to fill a vacancy created in 1962 and was reelected to a full term on the board two years ago. Mr. Brostrom's body was sent to Lake City, Minnesota, for burial which was held this week. Memorial services were held at Grace Lutheran Church in Moab Sunday, conducted con-ducted by Pastor Dale Shults of Cortez. Mr. Brostrom is survived by his wife, Ruby, and a brother, bro-ther, Harry, in Lake City. |
