OCR Text	Show Nipponese Apologize To American Priest PEIPING. China, Nov. 10 (UP) Japanese army and embassy officials of-ficials apologized formally today to the Rev. Anthony Maloney, Louisville. Ky, for his treatment at the hands of drunken Japanese soldiers on October 1. A Japanese spokesman said a small compensation had been paid to Father Maloney and that the soldiers who had abused him had been punished severely.
